In 1840 her husband, Richard, is recorded as living at 1 The Crescent, Termon, Boyle and working as a publican. According to the Ireland Valuations Office Book, Richard was renting was property, a note on the record describes it as, “A public house and bar. Main area all in pretty good repair, inside of dwelling not very well finished, no garden.”

Note: Although I’m sure that Margaret and Richard were Marie Feeny’s parents, whether Marie was my 4 x great grandmother is speculation.
